All isolation points must be indicated, these also include all Low Voltage points, preventing any potential Back Feed into the Work Site.These listed open points may be changed/amended by System Control to reflect the current state of the system/open points or any operational constraints or conditions which may be in place.

Note: The Planner should provide the isolation points that are required to access the worksite, however, at System Control the wallboards showing actual system state may show a system defect or capacity issue. System Control staff will contact Planners in this case. Due to workload, this contact may happen after some arrangements are already in place. This is an example where visiting System Control can help in efficient planning.
